Narrative

The Smith family wants to make an addition to their home, which was previously designed by Richard Meir in 1965. Family of four, can’t wait to move into their new home on the water looking the Long Island Sound. Now that both parents are retired, they can’t wait to spend time with their family. They want to spend most of their time together in their family room that overlooks the water with a nice balcony for outdoor space, with a roof garden on top of the family room. They have requested a Master Suite for their alone time and exercise room to stay one step ahead of those calories. They requested that the original architectural design by Meir stays dominant.
